This recipe is really just a combination of my pork sausge recipe, bread dough and cheddar cheese. Combine the three and you have an incredible new twist on breakfast. I would serve this to company with pride. Here are the posts for the sausage and dough:
First saute the sausage in about one tablespoon of olive oil. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until sausage is no longer pink.
Then, using hands covered in olive oil, spread the dough out on a cookie tray with a non-stick silicone mat (you can grease the cookie sheet with olive oil if you don’t have one).
Shred the cheddar cheese. Cover the dough with the cheese and sausage. Then, roll the dough, pinch the ends and bake at 350 for approx. 25 minutes.
